Familiarity with Illinois DOT policies and procedures, including the Bridge and Culvert Manual, AASHTO, AISC, ACI, IBC, and ASCE 7 specifications, is essential. Experience working on projects with counties in the greater Chicago area is considered a plus. Proficiency in AutoCAD, Civil 3D, and/or MicroStation is also necessary, along with a proven record of producing accurate and thorough work.
