About the position

The Lead, Subcontracts position at Switch4 LLC is a full-time role focused on managing subcontract agreements, overseeing contract negotiations, and ensuring compliance with legal requirements. The role requires strong skills in vendor management, compliance management, and legal drafting, contributing to the efficiency and effectiveness of subcontract operations within the organization.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the subcontracting process, including negotiation, contract management, and document review.
  • Manage vendor relationships and ensure compliance with legal requirements.
  • Oversee procurement activities and maintain records for audit purposes.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support supply chain and account management.
  • Utilize Lean Six Sigma principles to optimize processes and drive efficiency.
  • Communicate effectively with stakeholders and provide strategic input for business development.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree and minimum 9 years of prior relevant experience, or a Graduate Degree with a minimum of 7 years of prior related experience, or in lieu of a degree, minimum of 13 years of prior related experience.
  • Minimum of 7 years in Procurement and/or Subcontracts.
  • Experience in Supply Chain, Subcontracts, Contracts, Procurement, Program Management, Engineering, Quality, Regulatory Compliance, Legal and Government compliance, and/or Finance.
  • 7 years of experience using MRP systems software.
  • Minimum 5 years experience with Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, WORD, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Prior managerial experience or defense contractor/government supply chain experience.

Nice-to-haves

  • DoD Clearance is desired, but not required.
  • Experience as Cost Account Manager for Subcontracts managing budgets and sales forecasting.
  • Demonstrate a strong attention to detail and a high degree of accuracy.
  • Possess excellent communication skills, quality commitment, customer focus, strong interpersonal skills and be adaptable.
  • Lean Six Sigma experience.
