Lead Supply Chain Planning Analyst - Fiber

Overall Purpose: Optimizes supply chain performance by conducting data-driven analysis, developing strategic plans, and coordinating inventory, demand, and supply planning across multiple suppliers and product categories to ensure efficient and cost-effective operations.

Responsibilities

• Conduct data-driven analysis to support inventory, demand, and supply planning, and generate SKU-level demand and purchase forecasts.
• Develop and implement strategies to maintain appropriate inventory levels, manage inventory turnover, and ensure efficient distribution of inventory.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers, monitor performance, and collaborate to drive continuous improvement.
• Collaborate with procurement, production, finance, and sales to align supply chain strategies with organizational goals and support seamless operations.
• Coordinate logistics operations for timely and cost-effective distribution and identify opportunities for process improvements to enhance supply chain efficiency.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree (BS/BA) desired.
• 5+ years of related experience.
• Certification is required in some areas.
