A Lead System Engineer specializing in Quantum Metric Observability Tool is expected to play a pivotal role in our organization. This position involves a blend of technical acumen, leadership qualities, and a deep understanding of Quantum Metric, a platform that provides real-time analytics and insights into customer experiences. The goal is to leverage this tool to enhance digital product quality, improve customer satisfaction, and drive business outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Lead the deployment and integration of Quantum Metric into the organization's digital platforms, including configuration and customization.
• Utilize Quantum Metric to collect, analyze, and interpret data on user interactions and behaviors, generating actionable insights.
• Work closely with product teams, UX/UI designers, developers, and business analysts to translate insights into actionable improvements and new feature developments.
• Enable continuous performance monitoring of digital platforms using Quantum Metric, identifying issues and optimizing for better performance.
• Provide training and ongoing support to team members and product/business teams on utilizing Quantum Metric effectively.
• Lead a team of engineers, assigning tasks and ensuring successful project execution.
• Act as a point of contact for Quantum Metric, managing the relationship and coordinating support services.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field; Master's degree is a plus.
• 3+ years of proven experience with Quantum Metric or similar analytics tools.
• Technical proficiency in relevant programming languages (e.g., JavaScript, Python) and familiarity with web technologies (HTML, CSS).
• Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret complex data and translate it into actionable insights.
• Leadership experience with the ability to manage and motivate a team.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, to convey technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
• Problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure, managing multiple priorities simultaneously.
• Innovative thinker with a passion for improving user experiences through technology.

Nice-to-haves

• 5+ years of experience in a similar lead role, managing system engineering projects.
• Certifications in project management or related fields.
• A strong portfolio showcasing successful projects that leveraged data analytics tools to improve digital experiences.
