About The Position
The Distribution Lead - Training at Southwire Company, LLC is responsible for coordinating training activities for new hires and providing hands-on support to ensure smooth day-to-day operations on the production floor. This role serves as the main interface between operators and management, driving company metrics and production goals while promoting a culture of safety and quality. The lead will also assist in troubleshooting process issues and support cost reduction initiatives within the distribution area.
