About the position

The Lead Technical Clinical Consultant for Cardiology at FUJIFILM Healthcare Americas Corporation is responsible for overseeing the design, configuration, and implementation of cardiology reporting systems. This role involves ensuring compliance with quality procedures and providing post-go-live support for cardiology modules. The consultant will serve as a key resource for both internal teams and customers, facilitating effective clinical workflows and data management in the cardiology domain.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as a departmental and company authority resource for all aspects of cardiology reporting/system configurations.
  • Participate effectively in assigned implementation and post go-live support project team activities.
  • Consult with customers regarding existing and projected clinical workflows and best practices.
  • Direct interaction with customers to identify reporting/system specifications and provide consultation/support.
  • Configure, tailor, and deliver reporting application solutions for cardiology modules.
  • Configure and validate clinical measurement/data import/export interfaces.
  • Design, customize, and electronically deliver technical clinical tools for cardiology modules.
  • Act as a subject matter expert for system configurations and client functions.
  • Conduct various forms of technical writing and maintain customer relations.
  • Update the customer database with all activity in conformance with quality procedures.
  • Comply with U.S. FDA medical device regulatory requirements and ISO 13485 standards.

Requirements

  • 5 years minimum experience in a related discipline is preferred.
  • Exposure to the medical field, particularly cardiology, is required.
  • Bachelor's degree in biomedical engineering, healthcare, computer science, or related field with at least two years of work experience.
  • Strong interpersonal, team building, and leadership skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
