About the position

The Lead Technical Analyst plays a crucial role in gathering and converting business requirements into technical documentation for various teams. This position is integral to influencing the business and technical analysis processes across the enterprise, ensuring effective communication and collaboration with stakeholders to deliver project artifacts and solutions that align with organizational goals.

Responsibilities

  • Collects requirements and converts them into technical documentation for teams.
  • Works with teams to develop product requirements through various methods such as interviews and workshops.
  • Communicates and collaborates with stakeholders to analyze information needs and functional requirements.
  • Identifies process gaps and collaborates with stakeholders to mitigate and solve issues.
  • Communicates requirements and analysis output clearly to developers, testers, and business owners.
  • Prioritizes requests to achieve optimal results and meet project goals.
  • Contributes to defining technical solutions that meet delivery objectives.
  • Runs metrics and analyzes data using data analysis tools.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of experience in information technology, particularly with PAS implementations and data archival solutions.
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, to convey complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Proven experience in managing large-scale projects using methodologies like Agile, Scrum, or Waterfall.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to identify issues and develop effective solutions.
  • Proficiency in project management tools such as JIRA, Confluence, and Excel.

Nice-to-haves

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, or equivalent experience.
  • Experience with policy transfers, conversions, and system retirement efforts.
  • Strong decision-making skills and the ability to analyze complex situations.
