About the position

The Lead Technical Product Manager will drive the development and enhancement of identity access initiatives and vulnerability management solutions within the Security Threat and Response Management (STRM) team. This role focuses on delivering scalable, automated, and secure solutions that align with industry best practices, requiring a strong technical background and expertise in Cybersecurity and Vulnerability Management.

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with management, project managers, and technical leads to implement technical solutions aligned with business objectives.
  • Develop and maintain a roadmap for the Vulnerability Management function, including initiatives, features, and tasks.
  • Partner with vendors to integrate scalable solutions into the organization’s solution architecture.
  • Lead cross-functional teams and oversee global project delivery, ensuring alignment with governance and compliance requirements.
  • Manage project lifecycles from inception to delivery within an Agile framework.
  • Oversee defect resolution processes and review technical requirements to ensure operational readiness.
  • Serve as the primary contact for internal and external management discussions and presentations.
  • Partner with Business Operations (BizOps) and identity access management teams to deliver services that align with governance controls.
  • Identify and implement cross-team, application, and system enhancements to improve quality and performance.
  • Eliminate manual processes by implementing automation wherever possible.
  • Ensure platforms are operationally ready through planning, testing, and implementation procedures.
  • Coordinate with multiple groups to ensure platform goals are met.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as a Technical Product Manager or Product Owner in a security-focused environment.
  • Prior experience in Cybersecurity and Vulnerability Management is highly desirable.
  • Strong knowledge of Agile frameworks and project management methodologies.
  • Experience with platform operational readiness, testing, and implementation management.
  • Understanding of scalable solutions and security best practices.
  • High-energy, detail-oriented, and proactive with the ability to work independently and as part of a productive team.
  • Strong leadership, relationship-building, and negotiation skills.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively interact with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
