The Lead Technical Product Manager at Humana is a pivotal role within the Enterprise API product team, responsible for overseeing Humana's Unified API Catalog. In this role, the Lead Technical Product Manager will be directly accountable for creating presentations, narratives, strategies, and product/platform roadmaps related to Humana's Enterprise API Catalog and Integration tooling. They will participate in and be accountable for the overall strategy and direction of Humana's Enterprise API portfolio, acting as a thought leader across multiple enterprise, business, and IT segments. The position also involves analyzing, assessing, and auditing Enterprise API content to ensure alignment with business and regulatory standards, proactively identifying issues and solutions in collaboration with responsible individuals. Collaboration is key, as the Lead Product Manager will work closely with various cross-functional technology and business teams, as well as legal, compliance, and privacy teams, to provide recommendations and define enterprise API requirements. They will manage the API Catalog backlog, articulating value and roadmap with stakeholders, and guiding the teams responsible for execution and delivery.
