About the position

The Lead Technical Quality Manager (TQM) for the Northeast Market Unit at SAP is responsible for leading the Premium Engagement program, ensuring high-quality delivery of services to customers. This role involves analyzing customer requirements, planning engagements, managing quality execution, and overseeing engineering services for projects. The TQM will work closely with various stakeholders, including account teams and executives, to create value propositions and secure customer alignment.

Responsibilities

• Lead Premium Engagement program
• Analyze customer situation and requirements, including business and IT needs
• Plan engagement of Premium Engagement services to meet customer requirements
• Manage engagement quality and execution of Premium Engagement services
• Oversee governance, issue management, and executive reporting
• Lead engineering services for end-to-end projects or focused activities

Requirements

• Strong SAP business and technical solution architecture expertise
• 8-10+ years of hands-on experience with SAP's Enterprise Solutions
• Experience with SAP HANA, S/4 HANA, or SAP Business Technology Platform
• SAP project management, value management, and quality management practices
• Experience leading design, implementation, and change management projects
• Pre-sales, solutioning, procurement, and contract lifecycle experience
• Strong facilitation, negotiation, and de-escalation skills
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering, Math)
