About the position

The Lead Technical Recruiter at Freedom Technology Solutions Group is responsible for driving the talent acquisition strategy and building high-performing technical teams within the Intel communities. This role involves leading the recruitment lifecycle for technical positions, mentoring a team of recruiters, and collaborating with leadership to shape hiring strategies, ensuring the attraction and retention of top technical talent in the market.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute recruitment strategies to attract top technical talent, aligning with the company's growth goals and objectives.
  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and extending offers for key technical roles.
  • Lead, mentor, and inspire a team of recruiters, fostering a culture of excellence, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
  • Partner with hiring managers and executives to understand technical talent needs and create targeted recruitment plans.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, talent availability, and competitive hiring practices to ensure our strategies remain innovative and effective.
  • Collaborate with marketing and HR teams to enhance our employer brand, ensuring we are recognized as an employer of choice within the community.
  • Track and analyze recruitment metrics to assess effectiveness, identify areas for improvement, and drive data-informed hiring decisions.

Requirements

  • Proven experience as a Technical Recruiter, with at least 10 years of experience.
  • Strong expertise in full-cycle recruitment.
  • Excellent sourcing skills using platforms like LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, Seekout, etc.
  • Experience working with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment software.
  • Demonstrated ability to develop and execute strategic hiring plans.
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to thrive in fast-paced, evolving environment and manage multiple priorities effectively.
  • Commitment to fostering a diverse and inclusive workplace.
  • Ability to build trust and rapport with candidates, hiring managers, and team members.
  • Strong ability to mentor and manage a team, fostering growth and performance.
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (or equivalent experience) preferred.
