About the position

The Lead Technical Recruiter, also known as The Talent Strategist, is responsible for shaping recruitment strategies and leading a team of recruiters to attract and retain top technical talent. This role involves overseeing the entire recruitment process, collaborating with hiring managers, and building a strong talent pipeline to support the company's growth objectives.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive recruiting strategy that aligns with the company’s growth objectives.
  • Lead and mentor a team of technical recruiters, providing guidance, training, and support.
  • Manage the full-cycle recruiting process for high-priority technical roles, ensuring a seamless candidate experience.
  • Partner closely with hiring managers to understand their talent needs and craft tailored recruiting strategies.
  • Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.
  • Use recruiting metrics and data to track performance and refine sourcing strategies.
  • Promote the company’s employer brand and engage with the technical community at industry events.

Requirements

  • Proven experience leading and mentoring a team of technical recruiters.
  • In-depth understanding of technical roles, tools, and technologies.
  • Expertise in sourcing passive and active candidates through various platforms.
  • Extensive experience in full-cycle recruiting for technical roles.
  • Strong interpersonal skills to build relationships with candidates and hiring managers.
  • Experience using recruiting metrics and analytics to optimize hiring outcomes.
  • A great sense of humor to maintain a positive work environment.

Nice-to-haves

  • Certifications in HR or recruiting (e.g., SHRM, AIRS).
