About The Position
As a Lead Recruiter at Formation Bio, you will be at the forefront of attracting and securing top tech talent for our engineering and product teams. Your role will involve developing and executing comprehensive tech recruiting strategies to meet our ambitious hiring goals. You will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates for mission-critical positions, ensuring a seamless and efficient recruitment process. Collaboration with internal stakeholders is key to refining and improving our recruitment strategies. You will work closely with hiring managers to understand their needs, prioritize roles, and develop innovative solutions for hiring challenges. Additionally, you will act as a strategic partner, advising on market trends, salary benchmarks, and best practices in tech recruiting.
