The Lead Technical Recruiter will be responsible for overseeing the recruitment process for technical roles within the organization. The recruiter will also implement innovative sourcing strategies and maintain a strong employer brand in the tech community.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement effective recruiting strategies to attract top technical talent.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and create job descriptions.
• Source candidates through various channels including job boards, social media, and networking events.
• Conduct interviews and assess candidates' technical skills and cultural fit.
• Manage the candidate experience throughout the recruitment process, ensuring timely communication and feedback.
• Maintain and update the applicant tracking system with candidate information and recruitment metrics.
• Build and maintain relationships with potential candidates and industry professionals.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in technical recruiting, preferably in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong understanding of technical roles and the skills required for various positions.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems and recruitment software.
