About the position

The DarkStar Group is seeking a Lead Technical Recruiter to join their team, focusing on recruiting for the Intel Community. This role involves leveraging a well-curated database of candidates and various recruiting tools to fill immediate openings across multiple programs. The recruiter will work in a fast-paced environment, collaborating with executive management and a team of engineers to meet the staffing needs of critical national security missions.

Responsibilities

  • Utilize a curated database of candidates to source and recruit for technical positions.
  • Manage the full lifecycle of recruiting, from sourcing to hiring.
  • Collaborate with executive management and team members to understand staffing needs.
  • Maintain relationships with candidates throughout the recruiting process.
  • Utilize LinkedIn Recruiter and other tools to identify potential candidates.
  • Ensure compliance with security clearance requirements during the recruiting process.

Requirements

  • 6+ years of full lifecycle recruiting experience in Government Contracting (GovCon).
  • 3+ years' experience recruiting at the TS/SCI + Polygraph clearance level.
  • 3+ years' experience recruiting software engineers, data scientists, and/or cloud/devops engineers.
  • Proficiency using LinkedIn Recruiter and common Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
  • Process-driven approach to sourcing and maintaining candidate relationships.
  • Bachelor's Degree or higher.
  • US Citizenship and ability to obtain a US government security clearance.
