About the position

In this role you will be a part of our world class team and will be responsible for creating clear, concise, and user-friendly technical documentation, datasheets, app notes, etc. The documentation and data sheets will be aimed at a highly sophisticated engineer and developer audience in the semiconductor industry. This a hybrid-position located in: San Jose, CA.

Responsibilities

• Create clear, concise, and user-friendly technical documentation.
• Develop datasheets and application notes.
• Target documentation at a sophisticated engineer and developer audience.
• Collaborate with off-site authors and subject matter experts.

Requirements

• English, Technical Writing, Communication, Software, Computer Science, Electronic Engineering or other related degree.
• Minimum 6+ years of technical writing experience.
• Hands-on experience with Adobe workflow (Acrobat, InDesign, Illustrator).
• Experience writing English documents, such as papers, articles, reports, etc.
• Familiar with Microsoft Office tools (Word, PowerPoint, OneNote, SharePoint).
• Good written and verbal English communication skills.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Ability to prioritize and multitask.

Nice-to-haves

• Previous experience working at a semiconductor company.
• Experience using Adobe Acrobat.
• Experience writing documents for end users, such as release notes, application notes, knowledgebase articles, guides, or technical content for websites.
• Familiar with Atlassian applications, including Jira and Confluence.
• Can read C and Python and understands how to format code.
