About the position

The Lead Technician - Electronics Repair Technician and Computer Repair role at uBreakiFix involves overseeing the repair of smartphones, PCs, and other electronics while providing exceptional customer service. This position requires strong leadership skills, technical expertise, and the ability to train and develop new employees. The technician will work in a dynamic environment, ensuring that sales goals are met and that the store operates efficiently.

• Experience repairing smartphones, PC/MACs, electronics, and game consoles.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED.
• Proof of legal eligibility to work in the United States.
• Proven leadership/supervisory experience.
• Previous experience working at a retail electronics store.
• Strong organizational and administrative skills.
• Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills.
• Ability to effectively manage time and prioritize tasks.
• Proficient in basic math calculations for handling cash transactions.
• Previous sales experience.

Nice-to-haves

• A+ certification.
• Apple Certified Macintosh Technician (ACMT).
• Technical degree or certification in Electronics or Consumer Electronics.
• Bilingual is a plus.
