About the position

The Lead Technology Architect will be responsible for designing and implementing scalable and resilient technology architectures that support the business's growth and flexibility. This role involves leading the development of web and mobile platforms, optimizing performance, and ensuring SEO best practices are integrated into the architecture. The position requires a hands-on approach to technology leadership, focusing on collaboration and results-driven strategies to enhance the company's digital presence, particularly in the Senior Care industry.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute architecture, roadmap, and talent plans.
• Establish a loosely coupled architecture that is resilient, modular, and scalable.
• Implement foundational frameworks for a mobile-first, SEO-optimized website.
• Evaluate and rearchitect CRM systems for growth and flexibility.
• Develop a data warehouse strategy and execution plan.
• Create a B2B API strategy for lead acquisition and invoice processing.
• Architect new assessment platforms and data entry tools for field nurses.
• Lead the architecture for customer service tools and advise platforms.
• Review and roadmap current and new hosting and deployment approaches.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
• 10 - 15 years of experience as a hands-on technology architect/leader.
• 8 - 10 years of experience in building web, mobile, and API platforms.
• Full stack development skills including node.js, MongoDB, GraphQL, React, JavaScript, SQL, and data warehousing.
• 4 - 5 years of experience in optimizing websites for performance and improving Core Web Vitals.
• Experience in the Senior Care industry for 3+ years.
• Proven experience in implementing Customer Data Platforms and analytics tools.

Nice-to-haves

• Experience with A/B testing frameworks and marketing integrations.
• Expertise in Google Search Console.
• Experience in organization evaluation and upskilling.
