The position involves developing production, qualification, and characterization test programs for the Advantest 93k tester. The candidate will own the development process from design kick-off to production release, interfacing with cross-functional Design and DFT teams to create and implement test plans. Responsibilities include assisting with the automation of test pattern development and conversion, designing and debugging device interface boards (DIB), probe cards, and test programs for device characterization, qualification, and production. The role also requires developing new test techniques to enhance test efficiency and reduce costs, debugging design and process-related yield and performance issues, and optimizing test time and yield for Final Test (FT) and Electrical Wafer Sort Test Programs (EWS). The candidate will work with cross-functional engineering teams in failure analysis and defining corrective actions, providing lifetime support for test program enhancements to ensure high-quality and cost-effective manufacturing throughput.
