The designer will be responsible for all stages of visual design, from concept to implementation, ensuring alignment with brand guidelines and market trends.

Responsibilities

  • Conceptualize creative ideas with digital strategy, marketing, and customer operations teams.
  • Conduct usability testing to improve user experience on websites.
  • Execute all visual design stages from concept to final hand-off and implementation.
  • Craft wireframes to demonstrate user experience including interaction flows and information architecture.
  • Create high fidelity user interfaces that align with brand guidelines.
  • Present design ideas and prototypes to UI designers and developers.
  • Establish design guidelines, standards, and practices.
  • Monitor market trends and new product releases.
  • Use analytics to deliver against meaningful business metrics.
  • Test and improve website design by incorporating new functionalities and features.
  • Prepare design plans and present website structure.
  • Provide quantitative and qualitative research for design metrics.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Graphic Design, or related field.
  • 7 or more years of experience in the UX field, particularly in e-commerce, B2B, and marketing.
  • Proficient with design and prototyping tools such as Figma.
  • Hands-on experience with graphic design software.
  • Detail-oriented and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Up-to-date with international web protocols and usability standards.
  • Understanding of web programming languages such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
  • Knowledge of content management systems and SEO principles.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills.

Nice-to-haves

  • Experience with cross-browser compatibility issues.
