As the Lead UX Researcher on the Experience Strategy team at PayPal, you will be at the forefront of pioneering creative research programs that explore the future of PayPal's offerings. This role is crucial in blending qualitative and quantitative research to drive the go-to-market strategy for new products and to shape the evolution of user experiences across various time horizons. Your storytelling skills will be essential as you present insights and recommendations to various teams and leaders, facilitating constructive debates that lead to customer-centric decisions. You will also leverage insights from various research functions and data sources throughout the product development lifecycle, acting as a vital liaison between design, product management, and marketing teams to drive alignment among all stakeholders. Your expertise in facilitating workshops and design sprints will be key in surfacing relevant findings and influencing product and design strategies. As a thought leader within the Experience Design community, you will advocate for user-centric approaches, optimize workflows, and establish best practices that evolve the craft of UX research. Additionally, you will model a growth mindset by actively seeking and providing feedback, experimenting with new approaches, and mentoring other researchers to help them grow in their careers.
