As a Lead UX/UI Designer at GlobalLogic USA, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the user experience of our complex web applications. This full-time position is based in Las Vegas, NV, and requires a strong background in UX design, particularly in leading teams and managing client expectations. You will be responsible for overseeing a small team of 4-5 designers, both onsite and offshore, ensuring that design standards are met and that the team is aligned with the overall vision of the projects. Your expertise in wireframing, prototyping, and visual design will be crucial as you create and iterate on designs that enhance user experiences across various digital platforms. In this role, you will deploy, develop, and enforce standards established in the style guide, ensuring consistency and quality in all design outputs. You will create site flows for both internal and customer-facing web properties, conducting thorough testing, research, and analysis of user experiences. Your proficiency in tools such as Sketch and InVision will enable you to effectively communicate your designs to developers and stakeholders, facilitating a smooth transition from design to implementation. A strong portfolio showcasing your previous work in UX/UI design is essential for this position, as it will demonstrate your capabilities and design philosophy. This position requires a minimum of 8 years of experience in UX design, with at least 5 years in the banking industry preferred. Excellent communication skills are a must, as you will be managing client expectations and collaborating with various teams. The ability to commute to Las Vegas, NV, is required, and candidates must be willing to relocate before starting work if they are not local. This is an onsite position, and remote work options are not available.
