About the position

The Lead Visual Designer is responsible for creating engaging product displays and maintaining the overall appearance of the showroom. This role involves inventory management, visual merchandising, and ensuring an exceptional customer experience. The Lead Visual Designer collaborates with cross-functional teams to address inventory issues and participates in various merchandising activities to support the store's financial objectives.

Responsibilities

• Create compelling product displays throughout the showroom.
• Support inventory maintenance and merchandising functions.
• Assist with inventory receipt, merchandise care, and tagging.
• Participate in the quarterly floor setting process and rearrange displays as needed.
• Conduct monthly cycle counts and monitor aged and discontinued products.
• Generate and review regular inventory reports.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve inventory issues.
• Adhere to safety procedures and guidelines.
• Develop knowledge of all company products and promotions.

Requirements

• 1 year of experience in visual merchandising (preferred).
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks.

Nice-to-haves
