As a Lead Visual at Williams Sonoma, you will play a crucial role in enhancing the quality of our customers' lives at home by ensuring that our store meets the highest standards of service and operational excellence. This position involves providing daily support to the management team, performing essential opening and closing routines, and supervising store operations to meet financial goals. You will be responsible for ensuring that associates deliver World-Class service to our guests while maintaining the store's visual appeal and operational standards. In this role, you will effectively perform operational functions, including managing register functions and back-office procedures. You will ensure that the store meets visual, replenishment, cleanliness, safety, and back-of-house standards during your shifts as the manager-on-duty. As a Selling Captain, you will serve as a role model for sales associates, prioritizing the customer experience and driving sales generation. Utilizing Selling Essentials and training resources, you will educate your team on product knowledge, improve their selling skills, and help achieve business goals. Your leadership will foster an environment where all associates are treated fairly and with dignity, in line with our People First Philosophy. You will provide training and coaching to associates in selling techniques, product knowledge, clienteling, and in-home services, ensuring that they are equipped to meet customer needs effectively.
