About The Position

The Lead Warehouse Clerk - Winston Salem, NC position is responsible for assisting the Warehouse Supervisor in directing and managing the warehouse functions including shipping, receiving, inventory control, and ensuring compliance with safety regulations. This role requires a proactive approach to problem-solving and the ability to work collaboratively with team members to achieve operational goals. The Lead Warehouse Clerk will also be involved in training new staff and ensuring that all warehouse activities are conducted efficiently and effectively.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a warehouse or logistics environment.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Ability to operate warehouse equipment such as forklifts and pallet jacks.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Previous leadership or supervisory experience in a warehouse setting.
