About the position

The position at U.S. AutoForce involves working in a fast-paced warehouse environment focused on the distribution of tires and auto parts. The role requires physical stamina and the ability to operate industrial vehicles while adhering to safety protocols. Employees will be responsible for loading, unloading, and stocking products, as well as assisting with inventory control and training new hires. The schedule is Monday to Friday from 2:00 AM to 10:30 AM, with potential for overtime based on business needs.

Responsibilities

• Load, unload, stock tires and auto parts using industrial vehicles such as forklifts or picker equipment.
• Use scanners for inventory control and assist with putting away tires.
• Lift products weighing up to 50 pounds consistently and occasionally up to 80 pounds.
• Conduct team lifts or use mechanical equipment for handling commercial tires.
• Work at heights of 25 feet safely while operating equipment.
• Contribute to a culture of safety by adhering to all safety policies and operating procedures.
• Onboard and train new hires.
• Assist Operation Leaders in guiding team members through assigned tasks.
• Conduct cycle counts and manage inventory control, including adjustments and returns.
• Assist with e-commerce and will call as needed.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years or older to operate equipment.
• 1 year of warehouse/logistics or relevant experience.
• Ability to safely lift 50 pounds consistently and occasionally lift up to 80 pounds.
• Ability to exert a pushing force of up to 40 pounds when working with barrels and industrial/agricultural tires.
• Ability to work at heights of 25 feet while operating equipment and maintaining safety standards.
• Ability to pass forklift certification.
• Willingness to work overtime as needed.
• Ability to follow instructions and safe operating procedures.
• Ability to work in a team environment.
• Successfully pass a pre-employment drug test.
