About the position

The Lead Web Application Developer will be responsible for a variety of software programming, development, and integration tasks. This role involves maintaining and modifying existing software, as well as developing new applications using established programming procedures and data processing requirements. The developer will also ensure compliance with security and regulatory standards for managed websites.

Responsibilities

• Provide software programming, development, and integration requirements, including maintenance and modification of existing software, and development of new software.
• Evaluate the content, structure, style, organization, and aesthetics of existing-hosted websites.
• Review and implement Operations Security, Section 508, and regulatory compliance for all-managed websites.
• Coordinate with stakeholders to define goals and requirements for refinement and future development of websites and content.
• Develop, maintain, and support web-based software applications using technologies such as .NET, C#, ColdFusion, ASP, PHP, JAVA, Eleventy, and SQL/Oracle.
• Perform administrative and maintenance tasks including user account creation, security patches, server maintenance, and web server management.
• Submit System Change Requests (SCRs) for Configuration Control Board (CCB) review.
• Design, implement, and maintain web (thin) and thick client applications.
• Utilize an agile methodology for all development efforts to ensure customer engagement throughout the process.
• Develop and implement a specific web design and development plan based on evaluation results and government feedback.

Requirements

• 5 years of front-end development experience (Required)
• 5 years of C# experience (Required)
• 5 years of .NET experience (Required)
• Security clearance: Secret (Required)
