About the position

The Lead Web Front End Developer Sr. Associate will be a key member of the Corporate Meetings & Events group, responsible for collaborating with event planners and clients to design, build, and maintain effective event websites. This role requires independent work on multiple projects while ensuring high standards of delivery and adherence to strict deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with event planners and clients to design, build, and maintain event websites and registration forms using the Firm's event management system.
• Work independently or lead multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining high delivery standards.
• Contribute to the development of internal policies and procedures related to day-to-day activities and compliance regulations.
• Communicate with senior stakeholders to manage expectations and address important issues promptly.
• Develop partnerships with internal stakeholders and external vendors for complex conference and event execution.
• Test the Firm's event management system to identify bugs and use cases, and assist with other technology-related projects as needed.

Requirements

• 5 years of relevant experience in designing and developing websites and emails using HTML, CSS, Bootstrap 3 and 5, JavaScript, and jQuery.
• Experience developing responsive/adaptive websites for mobile devices.
• High competency in Microsoft Office applications.
• Strong business ethics when dealing with confidential or sensitive information.
• Experience working with content management systems.
• Prior experience managing multiple ongoing projects in Financial Services or Corporate environments.

Nice-to-haves

• Experience working with Adobe Creative Suite applications.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
• Experience with website and email analytics tools.
• Aptitude for technology, systems, and understanding organizational structures.
