The Lead Writer and Content Creator at Project ECHO is responsible for producing multimedia content that showcases the organization's impact in healthcare and education. This role involves collaborating with various stakeholders to create the Project ECHO Annual Report and develop engaging stories for both internal and external audiences. The position requires strong writing skills, digital content production expertise, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Writing and developing all aspects of the Project ECHO Annual Report.
• Creating multimedia content for Project ECHO's audiences, including photography and video production.
• Maintaining a user-friendly database of photographs and testimonials.
• Seeking out story ideas from the global network of stakeholders.
• Using interview techniques to gather content and feedback from stakeholders.
• Analyzing data to optimize content creation and relay key accomplishments to stakeholders.
• Preparing summaries and presentations on impact for various audiences.
• Collaborating with partners from diverse backgrounds globally.
• Overseeing vendor relationships for content production.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED; at least 7 years of relevant experience.
• Excellent writing and editing skills.
• Experience with journalism and content management systems.
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work independently.
• Project management and data analytic skills.
