Central Valley has been voted among the Best Places to work in the North Bay by the North Bay Business Journal. We are currently seeking a Lead Yard/Customer Service Associate for our Napa facility. The Lead Yard/Customer Service Associate locates, loads and unloads building materials in the yard and warehouse. Writes accurate yard tags to ensure proper inventory count and a smooth customer transaction. Maintains a safe and clean work environment. Acts as a leader in the yard, distributes tasks to yard associates and assists the Assistant Manager, Yard in managing the dashboard. Performs routine supervision of loading and unloading materials within the yard and warehouse; instructs employees on how to assemble load packages onto trucks for delivery to customer job sites. Directs the process of cutting packs or re-saw material according to specifications.
