The Leader, Human Resource Operations (HRIS/Reporting/Compensation) at the Electric Power Research Institute (EPRI) plays a pivotal role in enhancing and supporting human resources business processes, technology, and reporting. This involves managing the Human Resources Data Governance process and creating ad hoc reports as needed. The position requires a strong emphasis on technology support, where the Leader will partner with the HRIS team to oversee HRIS systems and data management, utilizing automation to streamline processes and improve accuracy. The role also includes managing performance management execution and goal setting, as well as supporting annual benefits enrollment and compensation planning. The Leader will be tasked with creating complex HRIS reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing data and trends, and will also support technology integrations with both internal and external systems. Training staff to effectively utilize the HRIS system and maintaining process documentation are also key responsibilities of this role.
