Guy Carpenter is seeking an IT Director, Technology Delivery Leader to join their talented technology team in the New York City office. This role is pivotal in overseeing technology delivery and program management for IT Global Analytics and Advisory initiatives. The successful candidate will ensure that high-quality and scalable technology solutions are delivered on time and within budget, contributing to strategic and high-visibility projects within the organization. In this role, you will oversee a portfolio of applications within the IT Global Analytics and Advisory organization. You will manage a portfolio of projects, ensuring that each is delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. Collaboration with your team will be essential as you formulate technology strategies, drive innovation, and mitigate risks. You will partner with stakeholders to create and maintain strategic roadmaps, recommend and lead complex process improvements, and execute relevant implementation, support, and change management processes, including Software Development Lifecycle and Change Management. Additionally, you will manage team staffing and collaboration in a matrix organization with globally distributed teams, lead IT governance and project delivery processes, and manage the annual budget process for your portfolio of applications, facilitating monthly budget forecast reviews. This role requires a strong background in IT project management, with a focus on delivering results in a fast-paced environment.
