About The Position
The Leadership Development Associate in Health Information Management (HIM LEAD) is designed to prepare individuals for leadership roles within the Parallon Health Information Service Center. This program combines classroom and field training to enhance management and technical skills, focusing on all aspects of the hospital HIM department, HIM operations, and HIPAA compliance. Associates will work closely with hospital leadership and staff to gain hands-on experience in various HIM operational processes.
