About the position

The Leadership Development Change Manager will design and deliver executive-level training programs aimed at enhancing cross-functional leadership growth and developing high-potential leaders within a leading CPG company. This role involves partnering with executives to address challenges in high-speed work environments, focusing on fostering resilience and creating an engaging work culture through workshops and strategic planning.

Responsibilities

  • Design, develop and deliver leadership development programs, including workshops, trainings and executive-level engagements.
  • Create decks, presentations and content for leadership development initiatives focused on high-potential leader growth, talent development and executive presence.
  • Lead sessions on how to build an engaging and inspiring work environment, focusing on team motivation, collaboration and innovation.
  • Address leadership challenges related to high-speed work cultures, including managing pressure, preventing burnout and fostering resilience.
  • Work closely with executives and senior leadership to assess their development needs and tailor programs to meet their specific goals.
  • Lead cross-functional leadership development initiatives, ensuring alignment across different departments and promoting collaboration.
  • Evaluate the effectiveness of leadership development programs through feedback, performance metrics and follow-up sessions.
  • Stay up to date with the latest trends in learning and development, bringing fresh ideas and best practices to leadership training.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in Change Management with a focus on Leadership Development or Learning & Development.
  • Proven experience designing and delivering leadership programs, with a track record of working with executives or senior leaders.
  • Strong facilitation skills, with the ability to lead workshops, trainings and executive coaching sessions.
  • Ability to create engaging and impactful presentations, decks and other training materials for high-level audiences.
  • Consultancy experience highly preferred.
  • Deep understanding of leadership challenges in high-pressure, fast-paced environments, with strategies to overcome burnout and improve team well-being.
  • Exceptional communication and collaboration skills, with a consultative approach to partnering with senior leadership.
  • Strong organizational and project management skills, with the ability to handle multiple programs simultaneously.
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Organizational Development, Psychology, Human Resources or related fields preferred.
  • Certification in Change Management, Leadership Development or Learning & Development preferred.
