About The Position
The Pursuit Leadership Development Program (PLDP) at Pursuit Aerospace is designed for entry-level candidates to gain hands-on experience through rotational assignments across multiple manufacturing sites. Participants will focus on programming CNC equipment, designing tooling, and providing engineering support while analyzing manufacturing processes to enhance efficiency. The program includes three rotations lasting 9-12 months each, culminating in a permanent role within the company, equipped with essential leadership skills and practical experience.
