About the position

The Leadership Development Program at Rockwell Automation is designed for early career professionals to develop their technical leadership and innovation skills over a 2 to 2.5 year rotational program. Participants will engage in various roles within the Projects - Power & Control team, gaining exposure to industrial automation technology and hands-on experience in a global company.

Responsibilities

  • Analyze customer requirements to determine the optimal control system solution and applicable hardware and software control configuration/architecture.
  • Assist with conceptual hardware systems design and determination of control system strategy to meet customer requirements.
  • Assist with the integration of 3rd party hardware, software, and control systems.
  • Visit 3rd party suppliers and/or panel shops to assess progress, provide technical assistance, and carry out inspections.
  • Carry out internal and customer system testing.
  • Provide on-site control system commissioning as required.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's or advanced degree from an accredited college or university.
  • Permanent legal authorization to work in the US is required.

  • A cumulative GPA of 3.3 on a 4.0 scale.
