About the position

The Leadership Development Program at Rockwell Automation is a 2 to 2.5 year rotational program designed for early career professionals to develop technical leadership and innovation skills within a global technology leader. Participants will engage in various rotations, gaining hands-on experience in industrial automation technology and project delivery while receiving formal training and mentorship.

Responsibilities

• Analyze customer requirements to determine the optimal control system solution and applicable hardware and software control configuration/architecture.
• Assist with conceptual hardware systems design and determination of control system strategy to meet customer requirements.
• Assist with the integration of 3rd party hardware, software, and control systems.
• Visit 3rd party suppliers and/or panel shops to assess progress, provide technical assistance, and carry out inspections.
• Carry out internal and customer system testing and provide on-site control system commissioning as required.

Requirements

• Bachelor's or advanced degree from an accredited college or university.
• Permanent legal authorization to work in the US is required.
