A. Duie Pyle has created a Leadership Development Program (LDP) designed to prepare and develop future leaders in the transportation and logistics industry. This 24-week program combines classroom learning with on-the-job training, providing participants with a comprehensive understanding of operations, project implementation, brokerage, finance, and other key areas of the business. The program begins at the closest Pyle terminal to the participant's home, where they will learn about freight handling and the less-than-truckload (LTL) business. Participants will gain hands-on experience working various shifts on the dock and riding along in trucks, as well as engaging with senior leadership at the corporate office. Successful completion of the program leads to placement within the Pyle network and advancement into a leadership role.
