About the position
KeHE is a natural, organic, specialty and fresh food distributor that is committed to good living, good food, and good service. The company is currently seeking college graduates for its Leadership Program, which is designed for individuals who have demonstrated high performance and leadership in academics, work, and volunteer settings. This highly-selective program offers a distinct career path that includes various job rotation milestones, allowing participants to learn the business from the ground up. The program starts in June 2025, and candidates will be evaluated based on their cultural fit with KeHE's core values and their aspirations to advance into leadership roles.
Responsibilities
- Participate in a 6-month program rotation to learn about KeHE's culture, systems, processes, and procedures.
- Engage in project management and leadership mentoring during the rotation.
- Attend professional development courses and support the KeHE Holiday Show with the cohort.
- Spend one year in accounting and one year in FP&A after the initial rotation.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or Finance
- Creativity and passion for working with technology to solve business problems
- Client-focused, results-driven mindset

- Critical thinking skills and an entrepreneurial spirit
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
