About the position

The Leadership Program Manager II at Google Cloud Platforms is responsible for leading complex, multi-disciplinary projects that enhance security guidance and services for customers. This role involves coordinating with various stakeholders to manage project schedules, identify risks, and ensure effective communication across teams. The position aims to foster a diverse and inclusive environment while delivering expert services that help organizations strengthen their security posture.

Responsibilities

• Deliver executive and industry communications that enable business growth.
• Establish a reliable and visible cadence for portfolio reviews, decision making, prioritization, and resource management.
• Lead strategic planning framework for a complex program portfolio including direct influence over resourcing decisions, planning cadence, and planning stakeholders.
• Lead, mentor, and inspire a team of program managers to design and implement our OCISO Advisory Services strategy alongside OCISO industry and geo leads, advisors, and other experts.
• Partner with OCISO leadership to capture and drive new additions, improvements, and adjustments of service design and delivery tools and methodologies.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
• 10 years of experience in program or project management.
• 7 years of experience in a leadership role.

Nice-to-haves

• 10 years of experience managing cross-functional or cross-team projects.
• Experience working in quality management, quality systems and quality improvement programs.

Benefits

• Base salary range of $208,000-$296,000 + bonus + equity + benefits.
