Crye-Leike®, REALTORS® is seeking a full-time Leads Generator/Agent Recruiter in Cumming, GA. The role focuses on prospecting local real estate agents through various channels, including phone calls, real estate events, and social media. The recruiter will also conduct initial screenings and schedule interviews, aiming to build a strong network of candidates for the company.
Responsibilities
- Prospecting local real estate agents through phone calls, events, and other lead sources.
- Searching for candidates using resume databases and social media platforms.
- Conducting initial phone screenings and scheduling in-person interviews.
Requirements
- Knowledge of effective networking and candidate sourcing activities.
- Ability to cultivate relationships with others.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Strong computer skills.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to inform and persuade effectively.
- Self-motivated with the ability to produce high-level results with minimal supervision.
- Active Georgia Licensed Real Estate agent preferred.
