About the position

The Digital Marketing Specialist at M&T Bank is responsible for executing and evaluating digital marketing strategies for various business lines. This role supports the development of marketing programs that align with business objectives while enhancing the bank's brand identity.

Responsibilities

  • Support digital marketing strategy and annual plan for assigned business lines.
  • Assist in the management of digital media planning and buying.
  • Work closely with offline and direct marketing teams to ensure integration of digital marketing tactics with other marketing efforts.
  • Collaborate with relationship marketing managers in the development of marketing and creative campaigns.
  • Track and optimize the performance of digital marketing tactics.
  • Review site analytics, including path analysis to identify possible refinements to campaigns.
  • Maintain tracking of budgets and spending for the full Digital Marketing team.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree
  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in managing marketing campaigns in a client or agency environment, OR a combined 5 years of education and work experience in lieu of a degree.
  • Basic understanding of how users interact with digital media, as well as online and mobile user behavior.
