About the position
The Entry Level Sales Consultant at LeafFilter is responsible for conducting in-home sales presentations for gutter protection systems. This role focuses on providing homeowners with the necessary information to make informed decisions during pre-scheduled appointments, utilizing a value-based selling approach. The position offers a commission-based compensation structure with significant earning potential, and it emphasizes flexibility in scheduling and a supportive training environment for new sales professionals.
Responsibilities
- Perform product demonstrations and discuss custom quotes during in-home consultations
- Follow a value-based selling process embodying honesty and integrity
- Attend trainings and regular sales meetings
- Other duties as assigned
Requirements
- Hold a valid driver's license
- Comfortable traveling up to 1 hour for appointments on a daily basis
- Ability to lift and carry at least 20-60 lbs. of sample materials
- Capable of navigating various applications on an iPad
- Willingness to learn a structured and proven sales process
- A strong desire and ability to close the sale

- Previous outside sales experience is not a requirement
