About the position

Leaf Filter by Leaf Home is seeking motivated sales professionals to join our highly successful sales force in the growing home improvement industry. As an Outside Sales Consultant, you will have the opportunity to earn a competitive income ranging from $80,000 to $220,000 per year, based on your performance. This position does not require cold calling or sweepstake giveaways; instead, you will be working with real leads generated by the company. Our Design Consultants conduct sales presentations in residential homes, providing homeowners with all the necessary information to make informed decisions about their gutter protection needs. In this role, you will travel to pre-scheduled appointments within the greater Metro area, perform product demonstrations, and discuss custom quotes during in-home consultations. You will follow a value-based selling process that emphasizes honesty and integrity, ensuring that you build trust with your clients. Regular training sessions and sales meetings will be part of your schedule, allowing you to continuously improve your skills and stay updated on the latest products and sales techniques. Responsibilities

  • Travel to and from your residence to company-generated, pre-qualified appointments with homeowners within the greater Metro area.
  • Perform product demonstrations and discuss custom quotes during in-home consultations.
  • Follow a value-based selling process embodying honesty and integrity.
  • Attend trainings and regular sales meetings.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Requirements

  • Hold a valid driver's license (required).
  • Comfortable traveling up to 2 hours for appointments on a daily basis (required).
  • Ability to lift and carry at least 20-60 lbs. of sample materials (required).
  • Capable of navigating various applications on an iPad (required).
  • Willingness to learn a structured and proven sales process.
  • A strong desire and ability to close the sale.

Nice-to-haves

  • Previous outside sales experience is not a requirement.
