Leaf Filter by Leaf Home is seeking motivated Outside Sales Representatives to join our successful sales force in the home improvement industry. As North America's largest direct-to-consumer entity and the leading home remodeling company, we offer a unique opportunity for sales professionals who are tired of cold calling and unqualified leads. Our sales consultants enjoy a streamlined process where they go to pre-scheduled appointments with homeowners, allowing them to focus on what they do best: selling. With no cold calling and no sweepstake giveaways, our leads are confirmed by real people, ensuring that you spend less time in the field and more time closing sales. In this role, you will conduct in-home consultations, perform product demonstrations, and provide custom quotes to homeowners, enabling them to make informed decisions about their gutter protection needs. We value honesty and integrity in our sales process, and we are committed to providing our consultants with the training and support they need to succeed. Whether you have previous sales experience or are new to the field, we welcome applicants from all backgrounds and are eager to help you develop your skills. Our compensation structure is uncapped, allowing you to earn between $80,000 and $220,000 annually, based on your performance. We also offer performance-based bonuses and a flexible schedule that accommodates evening and weekend availability. Responsibilities

  • Travel to and from your residence to company-generated, pre-qualified appointments with homeowners within the greater Metro area.
  • Perform product demonstrations and discuss custom quotes during in-home consultations.
  • Follow a value-based selling process embodying honesty and integrity.
  • Attend trainings and regular sales meetings.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Requirements

  • Hold a valid driver's license (required).
  • Comfortable traveling up to 2 hours for appointments on a daily basis (required).
  • Ability to lift and carry at least 20-60 lbs. of sample materials (required).
  • Capable of navigating various applications on an iPad (required).
  • Willingness to learn a structured and proven sales process.
  • A strong desire and ability to close the sale.

Nice-to-haves

  • Previous outside sales experience is not a requirement.
