Leaf Filter by Leaf Home is seeking motivated sales professionals to join our team as Outside Sales Representatives. Our Design Consultants are responsible for attending pre-scheduled appointments in residential homes, conducting sales presentations, and providing homeowners with the necessary information to make informed decisions about their gutter protection needs. In this position, you will travel to and from your residence to company-generated, pre-qualified appointments within the greater Metro area. You will perform product demonstrations and discuss custom quotes during in-home consultations, following a value-based selling process that emphasizes honesty and integrity. Regular training sessions and sales meetings will be part of your routine, ensuring you are well-equipped to succeed in this role. This is a full-time position with an uncapped commission structure, allowing you to earn between $80,000 and $220,000 annually, based on your performance. Responsibilities

  • Travel to and from your residence to company-generated, pre-qualified appointments with homeowners within the greater Metro area.
  • Perform product demonstrations and discuss custom quotes during in-home consultations.
  • Follow a value-based selling process embodying honesty and integrity.
  • Attend trainings and regular sales meetings.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Requirements

  • Hold a valid driver's license (required).
  • Comfortable traveling up to 2 hours for appointments on a daily basis (required).
  • Ability to lift and carry at least 20-60 lbs. of sample materials (required).
  • Capable of navigating various applications on an iPad (required).
  • Willingness to learn a structured and proven sales process.
  • A strong desire and ability to close the sale.

Nice-to-haves

  • Previous outside sales experience is not a requirement.
