About the position

Leaf Filter by Leaf Home is seeking motivated sales professionals to join our highly successful sales force in the growing home improvement industry. As an Outside Sales Consultant, you will have the opportunity to earn a competitive income ranging from $80,000 to $220,000 annually, based on your performance. This position is designed for individuals who are tired of traditional sales methods such as cold calling and unqualified leads. Instead, you will be working with pre-scheduled appointments generated by the company, allowing you to focus on what you do best: selling. In this role, you will travel to residential homes within the greater Metro area to conduct sales presentations and product demonstrations. You will provide homeowners with all the necessary information to make informed decisions about their gutter protection needs, ensuring a same-day decision-making process. Responsibilities

  • Travel to and from your residence to company-generated, pre-qualified appointments with homeowners within the greater Metro area.
  • Perform product demonstrations and discuss custom quotes during in-home consultations.
  • Follow a value-based selling process embodying honesty and integrity.
  • Attend trainings and regular sales meetings.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Requirements

  • Hold a valid driver's license (required).
  • Comfortable traveling up to 2 hours for appointments on a daily basis (required).
  • Ability to lift and carry at least 20-60 lbs. of sample materials (required).
  • Capable of navigating various applications on an iPad (required).
  • Willingness to learn a structured and proven sales process.
  • A strong desire and ability to close the sale.

Nice-to-haves

  • Previous outside sales experience is not a requirement.
