About the position

Leaf Filter by Leaf Home is seeking motivated sales professionals to join our highly successful sales force in the growing home improvement industry. As an Outside Sales Consultant, you will have the opportunity to work with North America's largest direct-to-consumer entity and the largest home remodeling company. This position offers a unique sales environment where you will not be burdened with cold calling or unqualified leads. Instead, you will be provided with pre-scheduled appointments with homeowners who are genuinely interested in our gutter protection solutions. This means you can focus on what you do best: selling. In this role, you will travel to and from your residence to company-generated, pre-qualified appointments within the greater Metro area. You will perform product demonstrations and provide custom quotes during in-home consultations, ensuring that homeowners have all the necessary information to make a same-day decision regarding their gutter protection needs. Our sales process is value-based, emphasizing honesty and integrity, and you will be expected to embody these values in every interaction. We offer a flexible schedule, allowing you to manage your time effectively while meeting the needs of our clients. Evening and weekend availability is required, as many appointments may be scheduled during these times. Our compensation structure is uncapped and commission-based, with current consultants earning between $80,000 and $220,000 annually, plus performance-based bonuses. Responsibilities

  • Travel to and from your residence to company-generated, pre-qualified appointments with homeowners within the greater Metro area.
  • Perform product demonstrations and discuss custom quotes during in-home consultations.
  • Follow a value-based selling process embodying honesty and integrity.
  • Attend trainings and regular sales meetings.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Requirements

  • Hold a valid driver's license (required).
  • Comfortable traveling up to 2 hours for appointments on a daily basis (required).
  • Ability to lift and carry at least 20-60 lbs. of sample materials (required).
  • Capable of navigating various applications on an iPad (required).
  • Previous outside sales experience is not a requirement.
  • Willingness to learn a structured and proven sales process.
  • A strong desire and ability to close the sale.
