About the position

Leaf Filter by Leaf Home is seeking motivated sales professionals to join our highly successful sales force in the growing home improvement industry. As an Outside Sales Consultant, you will have the opportunity to earn between $80,000 and $220,000 annually, with an uncapped commission structure that rewards your sales talents. This position is designed for individuals who are tired of cold calling and unqualified leads, as you will be provided with company-generated, pre-qualified appointments with homeowners. This means less time spent in the field and more time closing sales. In this role, you will travel to residential homes within the greater Metro area to conduct sales presentations and product demonstrations. You will provide homeowners with all the necessary information to make a same-day decision regarding their gutter protection needs. Our sales process is value-based, emphasizing honesty and integrity, and you will receive comprehensive training to help you succeed. Responsibilities

• Travel to and from your residence to company-generated, pre-qualified appointments with homeowners within the greater Metro area.
• Perform product demonstrations and discuss custom quotes during in-home consultations.
• Follow a value-based selling process embodying honesty and integrity.
• Attend trainings and regular sales meetings.
• Other duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Hold a valid driver's license (required).
• Comfortable traveling up to 2 hours for appointments on a daily basis (required).
• Ability to lift and carry at least 20-60 lbs. of sample materials (required).
• Capable of navigating various applications on an iPad (required).
• Willingness to learn a structured and proven sales process.
• A strong desire and ability to close the sale.

Nice-to-haves

• Previous outside sales experience is not a requirement.
