About the position

LeafFilter is seeking motivated Outside Sales Representatives to join our successful sales force in the home improvement industry. As part of our team, you will have the opportunity to work with pre-scheduled appointments generated by the company, eliminating the need for cold calling and allowing you to focus on what you do best: selling. Our Design Consultants conduct in-home sales presentations, providing homeowners with the necessary information to make informed decisions about their gutter protection needs. This role is ideal for sales professionals who are ready to be compensated for their talents and who thrive in a commission-based environment. Responsibilities

  • Travel to and from your residence to company-generated, pre-qualified appointments with homeowners within the greater Metro area.
  • Perform product demonstrations and discuss custom quotes during in-home consultations.
  • Follow a value-based selling process embodying honesty and integrity.
  • Attend trainings and regular sales meetings.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Requirements

  • Hold a valid driver's license (required).
  • Comfortable traveling up to 2 hours for appointments on a daily basis (required).
  • Ability to lift and carry at least 20-60 lbs. of sample materials (required).
  • Capable of navigating various applications on an iPad (required).
  • Previous outside sales experience is not a requirement.
  • Willingness to learn a structured and proven sales process.
  • A strong desire and ability to close the sale.
